Dr. Phillips is a graduate of Mississippi College and the University of Mississippi. She received her MD from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine and has been in practice in Jackson for nine years. She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Medical Association, and is Board Certified.
